G-HIVE LTD trading as G-Hive
Booking and Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to Bee-Bright and related G-Hive sessions supplied by G-HIVE LTD trading as G-Hive.
Effective and last updated: 1 October 2026
When a booking is confirmed
A booking is confirmed only when G-Hive confirms it and any required payment has been received. An interest-only registration is not a confirmed booking and does not reserve capacity.
We hold a paid booking for up to 24 hours while payment is pending. You may pay later during that valid hold. After 24 hours, an unpaid booking may be cancelled automatically and its places released.
Cancelling an individual session
You may request a full refund or transfer if we receive your request at least 48 hours before the individual session starts. A later cancellation is normally non-refundable because the capacity may not be resold.
Cancelling a full programme
You may request a full refund or transfer if we receive your request at least 48 hours before the first session of the programme. After that point, the booking is normally non-refundable because capacity may not be resold.
Exceptional circumstances
We will consider illness, bereavement, emergency or other exceptional circumstances fairly and case by case. We may offer a transfer, credit or refund where reasonable, but this is not guaranteed beyond your statutory rights.
Missed or partly attended sessions
Missed, late or partly attended sessions are normally non-refundable. Where practical, we may offer a discretionary transfer or credit.
Transfers
Transfers require at least 48 hours’ notice and are subject to availability, suitability and any price difference. If a replacement costs more, you must pay the difference. We will explain how any lower price is handled before agreeing the transfer.
If G-Hive cancels or changes a session
If G-Hive cancels a session, we will offer a replacement or rescheduled session, a voluntary credit, or a refund. If we cancel a full programme before it starts, we will provide a full refund where no alternative is accepted. If part of a programme is cancelled, we will provide a proportionate refund for the undelivered part where no alternative is accepted.
We may make reasonable changes to tutors, content, venue or timing. If a change is significant, we will consider a transfer, credit or refund fairly.
Safety and conduct
We may suspend or end attendance where this is reasonably necessary for safety or serious conduct concerns. We will handle the circumstances fairly. This does not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Cooling-off and consumer rights
Dated leisure and session services may not carry the ordinary 14-day cooling-off right. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits non-excludable rights under UK consumer law.
