G-HIVE LTD trading as G-Hive

Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds may be available for Bee-Bright and related G-Hive sessions supplied by G-HIVE LTD trading as G-Hive.

Effective and last updated: 1 October 2026

When we provide a full refund

  • A qualifying cancellation received within the 48-hour notice period in our Booking and Cancellation Policy.
  • G-Hive cancels and you do not accept the replacement or other reasonable alternative offered.
  • We confirm that a duplicate payment was taken because of a technical error.

When a partial refund may apply

A proportionate or partial refund may apply where part of a programme was not delivered, there was a material partial failure, or exceptional circumstances justify it. We assess each situation fairly.

Normally non-refundable

Late cancellations, non-attendance, voluntary withdrawal after a programme starts, changes in personal availability, and removal for a serious safety or conduct breach are normally non-refundable. We still consider fairness, exceptional circumstances and all applicable statutory rights.

Interest-only and free bookings

Interest-only registrations and free bookings have no payment to return and therefore no monetary refund.

How refunds are returned

Refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. We will never ask you to send us your full card number or card security code (CVC).

Refund timing

We aim to start an approved refund promptly and normally within 14 days. The time for the money to reach your account may then vary according to Stripe and your bank or card issuer.

Credit and transfers

We may offer credit or a transfer voluntarily and will explain its terms before you accept. If G-Hive cancels, we will not require you to accept credit where you have a right to a refund.

Requesting a refund or making a complaint

Email admin@goldengenerationhive.netwith the booking reference, parent or guardian name, affected session or programme, reason for the request, and any information reasonably needed to assess it. Do not send full card details or a CVC.

Use the same email for a complaint. We aim to respond to complaints within 10 working days.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
